What we collect

Your name, mobile number, pickup time and order details, so we can prepare your order and contact you about it. Razorpay processes your payment; we receive only a payment reference.

How we use it

To fulfil and confirm your order, handle refunds, and keep the records the law requires. We do not sell your data. We will only send you offers if you opt in, for example by joining our WhatsApp community.

Tasting Week

If you register for a tasting evening we keep your name, WhatsApp number, tower and flat, the evenings you picked, any allergies you tell us about, and the time and wording of your consent. We use them to run the random draw, send your invite and confirm link on WhatsApp from +91 91802 33643, check you in, and read your feedback. Your connection address is stored only as a one-way hash, to stop abuse of the form. We send you offers only if you ticked the separate offers box; reply STOP at any time. Ask us to delete your registration at any time.

Where it is kept

Order records are kept in our billing system (Petpooja) and on our order server, for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Write to our grievance officer at [email protected] or call +91 91802 33643.
