Refunds and cancellations

Pickup orders

You can cancel a pickup order for a full refund until 30 minutes before your pickup time. After that the order is being baked or packed and cannot be refunded.

Whole cakes

Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside 24 hours the cake has been made and the order cannot be refunded, but we are happy to move the pickup date once, subject to availability.

Custom cakes

Custom cakes need a 50% advance to book the date. The advance is refundable up to 72 hours before pickup and non-refundable after that.

If something is wrong

Tell us at pickup or on WhatsApp the same day with a photo, and we will replace the item or refund it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
