Who we are

This website is run by Cafe Instabake (instabake), a bakehouse and café in Bengaluru, owned and run by Meenakshi Surana as a sole proprietorship. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders

Orders are for pickup from our counter at the time you choose. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds, or, for WhatsApp orders, once we reply to confirm. Prices are in rupees and include GST.

Availability

Everything is baked in small batches. If an item sells out after you order, we will offer a swap or refund that item in full.

Pickup

Please collect within 60 minutes of your pickup time. Fresh bakes not collected by closing time cannot be held overnight and are not refundable.

Allergens

Everything we bake is 100% eggless. Our kitchen handles wheat (gluten), milk, nuts, sesame and soy. Ask us before ordering if you have an allergy.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
